  		Soft Services – These include assets that aren't physical such as cleaning and medical screening, as well as health and safety. At Bosasa, our experts handle the management of a wide range of services. They create and maintain schedules, plan when and where to buy supplies and develop strategies to ensure our service is cost-effective without compromising on quality.
  		Hard Services – Our specialists in this field do everything from buying and planning the most efficient use of equipment, to maintaining it over the years. At Bosasa, we offer these hard services in property, catering, technology and security, to name a few.
  		Business Services – At Bosasa, we have various divisions that can ensure our clients not only look after their accounts correctly, but have a clear brand message and are managing business risks effectively. In short, we want to encourage long-term partnerships with our clients and that can only happen through sound business practises and good financial growth by both parties.

• Resource Infrastructure – We have numerous divisions within Bosasa that make up our resource infrastructure. They range from HR to marketing, as well as from legal to finance and accounting. These decentralised and self organising divisions ensure that our Group runs at maximum efficiency in order to give our clients the very best service.

Our resources also serve our clients in a more direct manner. The professionals in each division are available to work on company infrastructure for our clients should they require it.

• Head Office – Bosasa's head office is situated in Mogale Business Park, in Gauteng. This was the first BEE business park in South Africa and covers five hectares of prime land. It houses our state-of-the-art training facilities, world-class conference rooms and multiple business units for all our various divisions. There is also a full mashee golf course on the property, as well as sculpted gardens, a diner and exclusive accommodation for visitors to Bosasa.
