The Bosasa Legal Department
The Bosasa Legal Department was created to identify and manage our core legal issues for easier application within statutory frameworks. It forms part of our in-house support services, which have been designed to refine and clarify the processes within the infrastructure of the company.
This Division continues to successfully keep Bosasa in alignment with both South African and global business environments. This allows us to better assist our clients with their own business practices and in ensuring that their companies flourish under an ever-changing economic climate.
This department has also acted as legal advisor to the Bosasa stakeholders. In this capacity, they offer clarification and refinement of all legal processes within the company so that there can be a greater understanding by all.
In an effort to improve the governance and accountability of Bosasa, our legal department also plays a large role in ensuring that we are compliant with King III. This is a guide for South African company law and the minimum requirements for proper governance in a corporate environment.
