Introduction to MBP
The Mogale Business Park (MBP) is home to the Bosasa Group head offices. This park has many striking attributes that complement our work ethos perfectly. It’s a BEE initiative that’s also socially and environmentally responsible.
The grounds themselves span across five hectares of prime real estate in Mogale City. This provides Bosasa with plenty of space to house all of our primary Divisions, as well as our training facilities.
This empowerment hub is situated near Krugersdorp in Gauteng. This means that it’s less than an hour’s drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg. These cities are crucial business centres for South Africa and it’s vital for Bosasa personnel and clients to have easy access to them. At the same time, the MBP is removed enough from the urban hustle and bustle for all to be able to enjoy peace and tranquillity.

Large infrastructure and capacity
There are 14 business units situated across the five hectares of land that make up the Mogale Business Park. Each building is constructed using hybrid Italianate architecture. This allows for maximum integration of services in what we call our knowledge management centre.
The expansive grounds allow for a large capacity of personnel and clients to be present at any one time. The MBP also encompasses exclusive accommodation for visitors, a gourmet diner, a golf course and excellent training facilities.
Bosasa prides itself on being a leader in the technological world. This is why the MBP has top-of-the-range equipment throughout its business units. The training facilities and the call centre also boast computers and technology, which allow for seamless communication between everyone working in the Park and those stationed across South Africa.
A shared service centre
The call centre housed here is run by Sondolo IT and is truly state-of-the-art. This centre serves the numerous divisions within the Group, as well as each of our clients. It allows for easy communication between personnel and, in turn, improves response times, decision making and general business flow. In fact, it processes more the one million operational and financial transactions every day.

Upliftment is a key element in the Bosasa ethos and our training centre provides on-going value-added training for our personnel, our clients and the public sector. For this reason, we have developed this academy and various world-class education programmes. We can also develop new courses as necessary, which can be specifically designed for each new project.
