The Mzomtsha Ngqeleni Orphanage
Four years ago, Bosasa decided to take the Mzomtsha Ngqeleni Orphanage in the Eastern Cape into our care. This children's home looks after about 62 orphans between the ages of 7 and 17. Until Bosasa stepped in, the orphanage was in dire need of a sponsor. We were thankfully able to supply it with food, therapy, medication and security.
Bosasa has always focused on the youth of South Africa and giving them a brighter future by providing sustainable welfare and future job placements. It's a sad fact that the number of orphans and siblings raising each other is growing everyday due to the high prevalence of HIV/AIDS. This is why we chose to partner with the Mzomtsha Ngqeleni Orphanage.
